About Telemachus

Telemachus is a global civic petition platform built on one principle: the people who are affected by decisions should have a direct, verified voice in making them.

Most petition platforms are ad-funded, investor-backed, or data-harvesting operations. We are none of those things. Telemachus is funded entirely by small voluntary donations from the people who use it.

How it works

Anyone can submit a petition. Our civic team reviews every submission for accuracy, legality, and genuine public interest. Approved petitions go live and collect signatures from verified users across 184 countries in 12 languages.

When a petition reaches its signature goal, we deliver it — physically or digitally — to the named officials, public bodies, or decision-makers it is addressed to. We track and publish their responses.

The name

Telemachus was the son of Odysseus — a young man who sought the truth, held power to account, and waited patiently for justice. We liked that.
